This was hands down the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. The birria tacos and birria burritos were absolutely incredible—rich, flavorful, and unforgettable. Nelly, the mastermind behind these amazing dishes, is such a kind and passionate person, and it truly shows in her cooking. Her recipes and spice blends have been passed down from her grandmother, which makes the food feel genuinely authentic. We were leaving Miami but couldn’t resist waiting for them to open just to grab one last birria burrito before heading out—that’s how amazing it was. I’m visiting from Australia, and Nelly, you seriously need to bring this food to Melbourne and open a restaurant there!

Homely place to eat. Not a lot of seating so its best to take the food to go but the food is AMAZING. 10/10. The cashier Joana was super friendly and helpful when ordering the food and helping us choose and it ended up being the best birria I've had in maybe ever.

Who needs to go to Mexico when you’ve got Dulce Vida. I’ve never had birria before, and I’m not exaggerating when I say this was the best, most authentic Mexican food I’ve had in my life. The birria pizza is unreal — insanely flavorful, perfectly crispy, and the consommé takes it to another level. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. This place is a must. Big shoutout to my host Joanna for the birria pizza recommendation — absolutely nailed it. I’ll be back.

This was the best birria tacos and birria burritos, it was so delicious and Nelly the creator of these delicious foods is such a wonderful and passionate person. All her food flavors and spices are passed down from her Grandmother, so she is making authentic Mexican food. We have never tried a better Quesadilla in our life!! The textures and flavours were amazing, the tortilla full of Birra sauce and hand made nachos added much welcomed crunch. The staff was also extremely welcoming and answered all of our questions. We have dined here twice and we highly recommend Dulce Vida to anyone who enjoys good Mexican food.

This is a small shop that serves amazing Mexican food for a reasonable price. I got the birria tacos, horchata and churros con crema. My husband got the carnitas burrito and we loved it all. Everything was delicious. The only seating is bar style around the perimeter of the interior so large groups may want to order carry out.

Dulce Vida Mexican Restaurant was fantastic. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The brisket birria tacos were especially delicious, rich, tender, and packed with flavor, and the al pastor tacos were just as good. The location was also very convenient and easy to walk to, which made the experience even better. Great food and a place I’d happily come back to.
